use case · quoting

Quotes, drafted before you sit down.

An enquiry lands in the inbox. Sprigr reads it, checks the customer, prices the work from your rate card, and drafts the quote in your job system. You check it and send it.

When a quote request comes in, pull the details from the email, price it from our rate card, draft it in ServiceM8, and send it to me to check.

the story

An enquiry at 7:40. A quote on your desk by 7:42.

A customer emails about three rooms and a leaking tap. Sprigr reads the email, finds the customer in ServiceM8 (or creates them), matches the work to your rate card, and drafts the quote with the lines priced. Anything it cannot price, such as a job that needs a site visit, it books as a site visit instead and tells you why. The quote waits for you. You open it, change a line if you want, and send it. Repeat customers under your threshold can go straight to sent if you say so.
