mortgage brokers

The back office for mortgage brokers.

Brokers write the loan. Behind them, the admin piles up: borrower documents scattered across email, lender packs to assemble, commission statements to reconcile, MFAA/FBAA compliance. Sprigr runs all of it in the background so your brokers stop assembling packs at 9pm.

what it runs

What Sprigr runs around your aggregator

Back-office admin that Mercury, Salestrekker, and FLEX were never built for, handled on autopilot.

  • Application files organised automatically

Incoming documents (payslips, bank statements, IDs, contracts, rental statements) classified, matched against the borrower file, and filed correctly. No more hunting PDFs across five different emails when you're mid-loan submission.

  • Lender pack assembly

Loan application packs assembled from borrower documents, serviceability calcs, and credit reports, ready for lender submission. Sprigr doesn't submit to the lender; your broker does, through your aggregator's system. The assembly work stops being a Sunday-night job.

  • MFAA / FBAA compliance records

Broker accreditations, MFAA or FBAA memberships, CPD records, professional indemnity insurance, and responsible lending file notes filed to the right broker and aggregator record. Renewals flagged 60 days before lapse.

  • Commission & trail reconciliation

Upfront commissions and trail payments matched against submitted loans. Clawbacks, missing payments, and lender-fee errors flagged to your practice manager. Commission runs become a 10-minute reconciliation, not a half-day audit.

  • Settlement & pipeline flags

Applications approaching approval expiry, pending conditions, settlement dates, and pre-settlement checks flagged to the broker with enough lead time to act. Sprigr doesn't chase the borrower or lender; it surfaces what's slipping so the broker can act through proper channels.

  • Weekly back-office report

Monday morning, applications in progress, approaching deadlines, outstanding commissions, upcoming accreditation renewals, and pipeline metrics land in the principal's inbox. You start the week already knowing which deals need attention.

the scope

The admin layer your aggregator doesn't handle

Where the broker's week actually goes, and what Sprigr takes on.

  • 12-15

hours a week of admin in scope

The admin that mortgage brokers typically hand to Sprigr each week: document chasing, pack assembly, commission reconciliation, and compliance paperwork. An estimate of the hours in scope, not a measured result.

  • Every

application closes with its paperwork attached

Every application closes with a complete paper trail: source docs filed, lender pack assembled, responsible-lending notes, commission reconciled. Audit-ready by default.

  • 60 days

    before renewal, automatic flag

Broker accreditations, MFAA/FBAA memberships, indemnity insurance, and CPD cycles flagged 60 days before expiry. Your team decides what to do next.

how it starts

Up and running in under an hour

Connect your aggregator and inbox. Describe the admin you want handled. Sprigr runs it.

  1. 01

Connect your aggregator, Drive, and inbox

Link your aggregator CRM where it offers an API (Mercury, Salestrekker, and FLEX have no native Sprigr app yet), your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and the email account where borrower documents and lender correspondence land. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in your isolated sandbox at runtime.

  2. 02

Describe the back office in plain English

"Classify incoming borrower documents and file to the correct application. Assemble lender packs once all documents are received. Reconcile commission statements weekly. Flag applications approaching approval expiry."

  3. 03

Sprigr runs the admin in the background

Sprigr coordinates across your aggregator, Drive, and inbox, filing, assembling, reconciling, and flagging what needs your attention. Your brokers keep using the same tools. Nothing to retrain.

Borrower and lender communications can run through Sprigr as well, behind an approval gate your team controls. The back office (file organisation, pack assembly, compliance, reconciliation, pipeline flagging) runs without the tap. Every action is logged with a complete, timestamped audit trail, important for MFAA, FBAA, and ASIC audits.

questions

Questions

How does Sprigr help mortgage brokers?

Sprigr runs the back office around your aggregator. Application files organised automatically, lender pack assembly, MFAA/FBAA compliance records, commission and trail reconciliation, settlement and pipeline flags, and a weekly back-office report. The admin your practice used to work through deal-by-deal.

Does Sprigr email borrowers or lenders?

Yes, where you allow it. Borrower comms, lender submissions, and aggregator case updates can run through Sprigr as well: it drafts each message from your records, the message waits behind an approval gate until someone on your team taps send, and routine ones can run on a standing approval once you trust them. The back office (file organisation, pack assembly, compliance, reconciliation, pipeline flagging) runs without the tap.

Does this integrate with Mercury and Salestrekker?

There is no native Mercury, Salestrekker, or FLEX app yet. Where your aggregator CRM offers webhooks or an API, Sprigr connects through inbound webhooks and the HTTP tool (you approve each domain once); otherwise it works from the emails, exports, and documents the system already sends. Your aggregator CRM stays the system of record.

Is borrower data secure?

Yes. Every Sprigr customer runs on isolated per-tenant infrastructure. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted at runtime. Every action Sprigr takes is logged with a complete, timestamped audit trail, important for ASIC and responsible-lending audits.

What about responsible lending file notes?

Sprigr files the responsible-lending notes you write to the right application and keeps the audit trail. The lending assessment stays with the broker, as it must under the responsible-lending framework. Sprigr just makes sure the paper trail is complete when ASIC or the aggregator audits.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour. Connect your aggregator, Drive, and inbox. Describe the admin you want handled in plain English. AI scaffolds the workflow. No coding, no IT team required.
