Organisation Settings

Organisation settings control workspace-wide configuration that affects all agents and team members. The settings page is only accessible to the workspace Owner — Admins, Managers, and Members are redirected away from it.

Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Settings in the sidebar. The Settings entry only appears for the Owner.

Your organisation’s display name. This appears throughout the portal, in email notifications, and in any customer-facing channels. You can change it at any time and click Save Settings to apply.

The URL-friendly identifier for your organisation, used in webhook URLs and API endpoints. The slug is set when your workspace is created and is shown read-only on the settings page — it cannot be changed, so existing webhook URLs and API configurations stay stable.

Company Directives are company-wide instructions that every agent in your workspace follows. Think of them as universal rules that sit on top of each individual agent’s persona.

Use Company Directives for:

  • Compliance rules — “Never share customer personal information including phone numbers, email addresses, or account numbers in responses.”
  • Brand voice — “Always respond in a professional, friendly tone. Use Australian English spelling.”
  • Security policies — “Never provide internal system credentials, API keys, or passwords in any conversation.”
  • Escalation rules — “If a customer expresses frustration or anger, acknowledge their feelings and offer to connect them with a human team member.”
  • Language requirements — “Always respond in English unless the customer writes in another language, in which case respond in their language.”

Each directive is a text instruction with some structure around it:

  • Category — Core Values, Can Do, Cannot Do, or System. Categories group related rules so the list stays readable.
  • Priority — High, Medium, or Low. Directives are sorted by priority in the editor.
  • Enabled toggle — You can switch a directive off without deleting it.

Click Edit on the Company Directives card to add, change, or toggle directives, then Save Directives.

How directives interact with agent personas

Section titled “How directives interact with agent personas”

When an agent receives a message, its instructions are composed from both its own persona and the Company Directives — the directives are layered on top of the persona as company-wide baseline rules. Use directives for policies that must hold across every agent (like data privacy rules) rather than repeating them in each agent’s persona.

The emergency stop is not on the settings page: it is the red octagon icon in the top bar of the portal, visible only to the Owner.

  • An agent is sending incorrect or harmful information to customers
  • An agent task is executing actions that need to be stopped immediately
  • You have discovered a security concern that requires all agent activity to cease
  • A misconfigured integration is causing unintended side effects
  1. You are asked to confirm before anything happens
  2. All agents immediately stop processing — running agent tasks are aborted server-side and no AI responses are sent
  3. A red banner appears across the top of the portal for all team members: “All agent processing is PAUSED”

To restore agent processing, click the Resume button on the red banner. Agents start responding to new messages again.

The settings page also contains a Danger Zone with a Cancel Subscription action. Cancelling deactivates all agents and ends your plan.
