Plans

Sprigr Teams offers six subscription tiers designed to scale with your organisation. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of tokens, and you can either upgrade or enable overage billing when you reach that allowance. This guide covers what is included in each plan, how tokens work, and what happens when you reach your limits.

Every agent interaction consumes tokens from your monthly allowance. A token is weighted by the model tier and token type, so bigger, slower models cost more from your budget than fast, cheap ones — but you only see one number on your dashboard.

For example, a cache-read input token (reused context) is much cheaper than a fresh input token, and output tokens cost more than inputs. Billing automatically accounts for all of this; you just see X of Y tokens used.

The Free plan is designed for individuals and small teams who want to explore Sprigr Teams. You can create up to 2 agents and use 1M tokens per month. This is enough to test the platform and see if it fits your needs. No credit card required.

The Starter plan is for small businesses getting started with AI automation. $49/mo covers 3 agents, 12M tokens, and 10 GB of storage. You can enable overage billing at $5 per extra million tokens if you occasionally go over.

The Team plan is for growing organisations that need the full feature set. $199/mo covers 10 agents, 60M tokens, and 50 GB of storage.

The Pro plan sits between Team and Business for organisations that have outgrown 10 agents. $399/mo covers 22 agents, 120M tokens, and 100 GB of storage.

The Business plan is for larger organisations with high-volume needs. $799/mo covers 50 agents, 240M tokens, and 200 GB of storage.

The Enterprise plan is for organisations with custom requirements. Usage limits, features, overage rates, and pricing are tailored to your needs, with custom contracts. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

  1. Sign in to team.sprigr.com as the Owner and click Usage & Billing in the sidebar
  2. Scroll to the plan selector and choose monthly or yearly billing
  3. Select the new plan you want
  4. Review the pricing change — if you are upgrading mid-cycle, you will see a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
  5. Confirm the change

If you are upgrading, your new limits apply right away and the prorated difference is charged immediately. If you are downgrading, the lower plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Moving from Free to a paid plan requires a payment method on file — see Payments.

You control what happens when you reach 100% of your monthly token allowance:

  • Overage billing off (default) — Agents stop responding at 100%. Existing conversations are preserved; agents resume at the start of the next billing cycle or when you upgrade. A warning appears at 80% so you can upgrade or enable overage before being interrupted.
  • Overage billing on — Agents keep running past 100%. Overage is billed at $5 per additional 1M tokens at the end of the cycle. Toggle it on from the Usage & Billing page. Overage is not available on the Free plan, and Enterprise overage is contract-driven.

Other limits behave independently:

  • Agent limit — You cannot create new agents beyond your plan’s limit. Existing agents continue to work normally.
  • Storage limit — You cannot upload new files to knowledge bases until you free up space by deleting existing files or upgrading your plan.
  • Rate limit — Each agent can process up to your plan’s messages-per-minute rate. The rate limit protects against runaway loops; it does not consume your token allowance.
  • Usage — Monitor your organisation’s usage, understand cache efficiency, and enable overage billing.
  • Payments — Add a payment method and manage your billing.
  • Team Members — Manage who has access to your workspace.
