Plans
Sprigr Platform offers five subscription tiers designed to scale with your organisation. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of billed tokens, and you can either upgrade or enable overage billing when you reach that allowance. This guide covers what is included in each plan, how billed tokens work, and what happens when you reach your limits.

How billed tokens work
Section titled “How billed tokens work”Every agent interaction consumes tokens from your monthly allowance. A “billed token” is weighted by the model tier and token type so bigger, slower models cost more from your budget than fast, cheap ones — but you only see one number on your dashboard.
For example, a cache-read input token (reused context) is much cheaper than a fresh input token, and output tokens cost more than inputs. Billing automatically accounts for all of this; you just see X of Y tokens used.
Choosing a plan
Section titled “Choosing a plan”The Free plan is designed for individuals and small teams who want to explore Sprigr Platform. You can create up to 2 agents, run up to 100 workflows per month, and use 1M billed tokens. This is enough to test the platform and see if it fits your needs. No credit card required.
Starter
Section titled “Starter”The Starter plan is for small businesses getting started with AI automation. $49/mo covers 3 agents, 1,000 workflow runs, and 12M billed tokens. You can enable overage billing at $0.60 per extra million tokens if you occasionally go over.
The Team plan is for growing organisations that need the full feature set. $199/mo covers 10 agents, 5,000 workflow runs, and 60M billed tokens. Overage at $0.50 per extra million.
Business
Section titled “Business”The Business plan is for larger organisations with high-volume needs. $799/mo covers 50 agents, 25,000 workflow runs, and 270M billed tokens with the lowest overage rate ($0.40 per extra million).
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”The Enterprise plan is for organisations with custom requirements. Usage limits, features, overage rates, and pricing are tailored to your needs. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager, custom contracts, priority support, and SLA guarantees. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How to change plans
Section titled “How to change plans”- Sign in to platform.sprigr.com and click Usage & Billing in the sidebar
- Click Change Plan
- Select the new plan you want
- Review the pricing change — if you are upgrading mid-cycle, you will see a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period
- Confirm the change
Plan changes take effect immediately. If you are upgrading, your new limits apply right away. If you are downgrading, the new limits apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens at your token limit
Section titled “What happens at your token limit”You control what happens when you reach 100% of your monthly token allowance:
- Overage billing off (default) — Agents stop responding at 100%. Existing conversations are preserved; agents resume at the start of the next billing cycle or when you upgrade. A banner appears at 80% so you can upgrade before being interrupted.
- Overage billing on — Agents keep running past 100%. Overage is billed at your plan’s per-1M rate at the end of the cycle. Toggle on from the Usage & Billing page.
Other limits behave independently:
- Agent limit — You cannot create new agents beyond your plan’s limit. Existing agents continue to work normally.
- Workflow-run limit — New workflow runs are rejected once you reach the monthly cap. In-flight runs finish; scheduled and webhook-triggered runs queue until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
- Storage limit — You cannot upload new files to knowledge bases until you free up space by deleting existing files or upgrading your plan.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Usage — Monitor your organisation’s usage, understand cache efficiency, and enable overage billing.

- Team Members — Manage who has access to your workspace.
