Microsoft Teams

The Microsoft Teams integration lets your agents post messages to Teams channels and send chat messages. It is useful for notifications, status updates, and routing information to the right people in Microsoft 365.

  • A Microsoft 365 account with access to Microsoft Teams.
  • Admin or Owner role in your Sprigr Teams organisation.
  • If your tenant requires admin consent for third-party applications, a tenant administrator may need to approve the permissions.
  1. Open the Integration Hub

    Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Integrations in the sidebar.

  2. Find Microsoft Teams

    Locate the Microsoft Teams card and click Connect.

  3. Sign in with Microsoft

    A Microsoft sign-in window will appear. Enter your Microsoft 365 credentials and review the requested permissions. Click Accept to grant access.

  4. Verify the connection

    The Microsoft Teams card will show a green “Connected” badge.

  • Notifications — A workflow posts a message to a channel when a job is completed or a threshold is crossed.
  • Escalations — An agent sends a chat message to a manager when a high-priority issue is detected.
  • Status updates — A scheduled workflow posts a daily summary to a team channel.

“Admin approval required” during OAuth Your Microsoft 365 admin needs to grant tenant-wide consent for Sprigr Teams in the Azure portal under Enterprise Applications.

Message not delivered to a channel Confirm the target team and channel IDs are correct and that the connected account is a member of that team.
