Google Calendar
The Google Calendar integration lets your agents work with your calendar. Agents can list events, check availability against working hours, create and update appointments, and cancel events — making it useful for booking and scheduling workflows.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Google account with Google Calendar. Google Workspace and personal accounts are both supported.
- Admin or Owner role in your Sprigr Teams organisation.
Connecting Google Calendar
Section titled “Connecting Google Calendar”-
Open the Integration Hub
Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Integrations in the sidebar.

Find Google Calendar
Locate the Google Calendar card and click Connect.

Authorise with Google
A Google sign-in window will appear. Select the account whose calendar you want agents to use and review the requested permissions. Click Allow to grant access.

Configure scheduling defaults
You can set a default calendar, working hours, and timezone. Agents use working hours and timezone when checking availability. Leave the calendar blank to use the primary calendar.

Verify the connection
The Google Calendar card will show a green “Connected” badge.
Available tools

Common use cases
Section titled “Common use cases”- Appointment booking — A customer asks for an appointment. The agent checks availability during working hours and creates the event.
- Availability checks — “Am I free Tuesday afternoon?” — The agent lists events and reports open slots.
- Rescheduling — The agent moves an existing appointment to a new time and notifies the attendees.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Access denied” during OAuth Your Google Workspace admin may need to approve Sprigr Teams as a trusted application in the Google Admin console.
Events not appearing Confirm the connected account has access to the calendar being queried, and that the correct calendar ID is set in the integration configuration.
