Google Sheets
The Google Sheets integration lets your agents read and write data in spreadsheets — pricing tables, customer lists, job tracking, and more. Agents can find spreadsheets, read and update ranges, append rows, and create new spreadsheets.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Google account with Google Sheets. Google Workspace and personal accounts are both supported.
- Admin or Owner role in your Sprigr Teams organisation.
Connecting Google Sheets
Section titled “Connecting Google Sheets”-
Open the Integration Hub
Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Integrations in the sidebar.

Find Google Sheets
Locate the Google Sheets card and click Connect.

Authorise with Google
A Google sign-in window will appear. Select the account that has access to the spreadsheets you want agents to use and review the requested permissions. Click Allow to grant access.

Set a default spreadsheet (optional)
You can provide a default Spreadsheet ID so agents do not need to specify one each time. Leave it blank to create or choose a spreadsheet during use.

Verify the connection
The Google Sheets card will show a green “Connected” badge.

Common use cases
Section titled “Common use cases”- Data lookups — An agent reads a pricing or product table to answer a customer question.
- Logging — An agent appends a row to a tracking sheet each time a job or enquiry comes in.
- Reporting — A workflow writes summary figures into a shared spreadsheet on a schedule.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Access denied” during OAuth Your Google Workspace admin may need to approve Sprigr Teams as a trusted application in the Google Admin console.
Agent cannot find a spreadsheet Confirm the connected account has access to the spreadsheet. Files in Shared Drives require the account to be a member of that Shared Drive.
