OneDrive & Excel
The OneDrive integration gives your agents access to files stored in Microsoft 365. Agents can list, read, upload, copy, and delete files, create folders, and work with Excel workbooks — reading and updating ranges and adding worksheets.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A Microsoft 365 account with OneDrive.
- Admin or Owner role in your Sprigr Teams organisation.
- If your tenant requires admin consent for third-party applications, a tenant administrator may need to approve the permissions.
Connecting OneDrive
Section titled “Connecting OneDrive”-
Open the Integration Hub
Sign in to team.sprigr.com and click Integrations in the sidebar.

Find OneDrive & Excel
Locate the OneDrive card and click Connect.

Sign in with Microsoft
A Microsoft sign-in window will appear. Enter your Microsoft 365 credentials and review the requested permissions. Click Accept to grant access.

Set a root folder (optional)
You can restrict agent access to a specific folder path within OneDrive (for example,
Business/Reports). Leave it blank for full Drive access. -
Verify the connection
The OneDrive card will show a green “Connected” badge.

Common use cases
Section titled “Common use cases”- Document referencing — An agent reads a policy or spec file to answer a question.
- Report uploads — A workflow generates a report and uploads it to a OneDrive folder for archiving.
- Spreadsheet updates — An agent updates figures in an Excel workbook or appends new rows.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Admin approval required” during OAuth Your Microsoft 365 admin needs to grant tenant-wide consent for Sprigr Teams in the Azure portal under Enterprise Applications.
Agent cannot find a file Confirm the connected account has access to the file, and that any configured root folder path matches where the file lives.
