Your Profile
Your profile page contains your personal settings within Sprigr Teams. This is separate from your organisation’s settings — profile changes only affect your own account, not other team members or agents.
To access your profile, click Profile in the sidebar at team.sprigr.com.
Personal information
Section titled “Personal information”Your profile shows the following account fields:
- Name — The display name shown to other team members in conversations and activity. Edit it and click Save Name to apply; the change is visible to your team immediately.

Notification preferences
Section titled “Notification preferences”The Notification Preferences section is a grid of event types and delivery channels — tick the combinations you want.
Notification types
Section titled “Notification types”| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Team chat mentions | Someone @-mentions you in Team Chat. |
| Team chat messages | Every message in rooms you belong to (off by default — can be noisy). |
| Workflow approvals | A workflow step needs your approval. |
| Product announcements | New features, releases, and important platform updates. |
| Agent escalations | An agent escalates an action to you. |
Delivery channels
Section titled “Delivery channels”For each notification type, you can choose one or more channels:
- In-App — A notification appears in the portal at team.sprigr.com. Useful when you are already working in the platform.
- Push — A browser push notification. Push is opt-in per device: use the browser push toggle on the profile page to enable it on each device you use.
- Email — A notification is sent to your profile email address. Best for staying informed when you are not actively in the portal.
- WhatsApp — If you have verified your phone number, you can receive notifications via WhatsApp. Ideal for time-sensitive alerts like approvals and escalations.
By default, in-app notifications are on for every event type, push is on for everything except team chat messages, and email is on for workflow approvals and agent escalations.
Click Save after changing your preferences.
