Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is now part of the Microsoft 365 marketplace app. The built-in Microsoft Teams integration is retired: it no longer appears in the Integrations page picker, and new connections are made by installing Microsoft 365 from Apps and having each user link their own Microsoft account.
Teams tools

teams_list_channels | List a team’s channels, to map a channel name to its id |
teams_list_chats | List the user’s chats, to resolve a chat_id |
teams_send_channel_message | Post to a channel (team_id and channel_id are required on every call) |
teams_send_chat_message | Send a 1:1 or group chat by chat_id or by member email addresses |
The retired built-in only had the two send tools and could not list teams or channels. The app can discover them, so agents no longer need the IDs supplied up front, though a workflow can still hard-code a target channel.
